I took this picture when my husband and I were on a
weekend get-a-way. It was a very stressful time in our lives and God provided this trip right when we needed it most.
By the time I took this picture we were relaxed and enjoying ourselves. God always knows what you need and He will give you rest when you need it most.
It is important to spend some quality time with your creator. Maybe you can’t take a trip but find a place to “get away” from your daily routine. Eliminate all distractions and give God your complete attention. Talk to Him and let Him speak to you and rest in His precious presence.
“Come unto me,
all ye that labour and are heavy laden,
and I will give you rest.”
Matthew 11:28 KJV
